Reply by Admin. The below Customer just Ordered the One piece of Cove, couple of days ago, we are upset as we offered a faster Del options (as there are not a great deal of Companies willing to deliver 1 x 10ft of a Fragile item) this was out of the blue as we kept Customer informed and never mislead anyone.

We do state on our Index page that Orders take up to 7 to 14 days!!

Just refunded the Customer within the hour that posting below!

If you need coving delivered in good time, please do NOT use this company. We ordered coving on the 5th May after being advised that we could get the coving ASAP. On the 9th May we were told that the delivery van is in for repair, Today we were told that we MIGHT get the coving on the 19th or 20th May. I do not recommend this company :!mad:

A great experience with this company.. needed a rose urgently & in my rush I ordered the wrong size and they quickly rectified the order for me.. then they went above and beyond & delivered same day.. very very much appreciated thank you

This company responds quickly and is very helpful. I have sourced matching classic cornice from them which had been difficult to find . They are fitting it too so that's a big problem solved for me.
A very nice change to deal with people who are actually interested in helping the customer . I am impressed so far.

I would like to thank all at UK Plaster. My query was answered very quickly and professional. My one off piece of coving was manufactured in less than a week and was ready when I collected it. The management should be proud of you all
