For a refund to be issued, the product needs to be returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery and we will refund subject to a 10% rework fee. The cost of delivery will not be refunded on any order unless previously discussed and agreed.

Should goods be missing from an order UKPlaster should be notified within 48 hours of delivery Any notification after this period will not be accepted.
